St. Mary's 306 South Prospect M 7:15 PM Wed and Thur 7:00 PM And United Methodist Church Touhy and Prospect Park Ridge t?th 5:45 PM. Our class formats change every week: Core, Strike, Dance Mixx, Flip Fusion, HiiT Dance Mixx and Fusion.
