This is quite possibly the worst hotel in the known universe! I would give it zero stars, if possible. The rooms are filthy, black mold in the bathroom, dust on every horizontal surface, dust...

This facility was by far the worse experience I have ever had. No hot water to shower, tv didn't work, dirty room, holes in the walls, customer service was terrible. This was a shelter not a hotel...

This used to be Crossland Economy Studios - Chicago - Waukegan which I reviewed on December 5th, 2017. It has not changed anything except the name. A rose by any other name... but nobody will call...
