ABOUT CARE IN THE HOME Care in the Home was founded in 1989 as a private-duty caregiving agency. In 2001, our organization expanded to offer skilled Medicare home health services, including nursing, physical and occupational therapies, medical social work, and home health aides. For seven years, Tracy Kelly worked as the Nurse Clinical Supervisor, leading with compassion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being of both patients and staff. Her dedication not only elevated the care provided but also shaped the culture and values of the organization.
