Dr. Sean Jereb is board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee. He joined Barrington Orthopedic Specialists since 2003. Dr. Jereb focuses on restoring his patients to their optimal functional ability as quickly as possible. Dr. Jereb is the Team Physician for Hoffman Estates High School. Outside of the office, Dr. Jereb enjoys skiing, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.

He specializes in foot, ankle, and lower leg deformity and fracture correction, total ankle replacement, Charcot reconstruction, achilles repair and reconstruction, sports injuries and nerve repair. As a dedicated podiatric surgeon, Dr. Patel focuses on restoring his patients to their optimal functional ability as quickly as possible. When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Patel enjoys photography, traveling abroad, and electronic dance music. Dr. Patel enjoys going on humanitarian mission trips.

Dr. David Tashima is a board-certified, fellowship-trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who specializes in neck, back, and spine conditions. He joined Barrington Orthopedic Specialists in 2009. Dr. Tashima performs electromyography (EMG) testing, epidural injections and facet injections for neck, back and spine conditions. He focuses on restoring his patients to their optimal functional ability as quickly as possible. When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Tashima enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and playing sports with his kids.
