This is my favorite place for Asian food in the Bloomington/Normal area. They have been in business for over 100 years and claim to have the best egg rolls. I can't disagree. Service is always on...

as a LONG TIME patron of Grand Cafe (40 years), I'm sorry to say the food quality is SO POOR these days. The only thing redeeming about Grand Cafe today is still their egg rolls.
