First timer, while the menu looked inviting... no one came to our table. We sat for 10 minutes and watched 3 different servers walk by, didn't make eye contact, didn't attempt to let us know...

We ordered our food through the restaurant through their online platform on New Year's Eve at 5:30 with a 7 PM pick up time. They texted a confirmation and emailed a confirmation for the order....

Ordered the chicken pot pie and the adult chicken tenders. He had the chicken pot pie previously and it was excellent. Today it had things in it that wasn't in the previous one for example chunks...
