About Framing4Yourself.com Framing4Yourself is an organization dedicated to expanding custom picture framing beyond the realm of the professional frame shop by making it accessible to anybody who wants to frame. For various reasons creative control, business objectives, cost control a growing number of people aspire to do their own framing at home, in studio, or as part of an existing business where the focus is not primarily picture framing but where framing is a logical adjunct to an existing business model. Framing4Yourself strives to meet the needs of this audience by providing not only the tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform picture framing but by providing the guidance and instruction necessary to perform it successfully. That's why, in addition to the most complete online catalog of picture framing tools and supplies, Framing4Yourself offers hands-on workshops held at more than 30 locations throughout the US each year. In addition we provide a free downloadable newsletter of tips and techniques called the Savvy Framer as well as free articles and tutorials that address the most common issues of concern to developing framers. While we respect and encourage traditional storefront picture framers and actively solicit their business, we recognize that not everyone who takes up picture framing wants to open a commerical storefront. For this reason we offer tools and supplies at a wide range of different price points, as well as package deals with an eye to the variety of framers out there.
