Love the fact its 24 7 day a week ...the gym is spotless ...I found they have great selection of machines to work all body parts enough machines that there isn't a wait ....best part is the sauna

A great location recently renovated. Team Training is a great way to get in shape, have fun in a supportive environment. The trainers are excellent, enthusiastic and encouraging.
