The staff at the Elk Grove office is not helpful and rude. Went in May 30th and my 76 year old mother did not have the original birth certificate. That was our fault. Came back on scheduled follow...

My mother and I were a walk in for a TSA pre check and they were able to take us in within 30 mins and the amazing personality of the workers were amazing! The whole process was very quick!

Service is great, located in a nice quiet area with a clean facility. I was a walk in I had to wait an hour before getting my test done but overall fantastic experience.
