Apostolic Christian Restmor is a 128-bed skilled nursing center in Morton, Illinois, and is licensed by the state of Illinois to provide short-term care, long-term care, memory support care, and complete rehabilitation services in three distinct villages ? Woodland Village, Evergreen Village, and The Oaks. ACR admits residents under the care of a physician without regard to race, color, religion, or national origin. ACR is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and is certified for Medicare and Medicaid. ACR is an active member of Life Services Network of Illinois and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. ACR is affiliated with The Parkside of Morton, a 48-unit Christian retirement community located on the ACR campus
