History

My training began with two years of formal study at the Body Therapy Institute, in Santa Barbara, California. With various trainings and seminars throughout my 18+ years of professional experience. By combining different styles, modalities and pressures, my work focuses on assisting clients to move thru life in less discomfort - with a greater range of motion.

Utilizing my 22+ yr experience, knowledge and a blend of modalities and pressure - my work specializes in bringing relief and a greater range of motion to the muscle groups affected by daily stresses and/ or injury. I know first hand the many therapeutic benefits and pleasure from receiving regular therapeutic bodywork.
