Went around 8am on a Saturday and the bagels were very fresh. Initially the staff was cold - nobody responded to my "good morning" when I walked in - but they eventually warmed up and were fine.

Rang me up for items they were out of then gave me replacement food with the outside of the wrapper filled covered in oil and cheese spread. Staff was rude. 0 stars.
