Worst customer service. Ripped them on my Press Ganey. Can't get meds refilled, even my new Duly PCP is perplexed and frustrated at the situation. Worst of all is their call center, not-trained,...

Been trying to get prescriptions refilled for a week and calls go to voicemail. Love my doctor but Duly is absolute trash!
