Dog Star Chicago was founded in early 2015, with the mission of providing Premium Pet Care. I formerly worked in the hospitality sector, and I struggled to find pet care that was reliable, loving, and consistent with the training I'd established with my two dogs. My disappointing past experiences served as a blueprint of what NOT to do when opening this business. The elements of the job that I thought were easy--showing up, on time, and being thoughtful and caring to my dogs and my home--were somehow not being done consistently. My dog is very particular and shy and they have been nothing but fantastic with her needs. I get an update during daily walk they let me know if she does her business. Usually get a picture along...
