I had the chef salad they charged me full price and I got a small salad with onions in it . The owner made right and said come get another one and we will refund your money and make you a salad....

I had the 1/4 Cheeseburger and onion rings. Both were pretty good. My friend has the chili Mac and it was delicious. It is great to know that Monarch Chili Mac is back in town. Great atmosphere...
