Worst insurance agent you could ever have. Never follows up on any claim, comes up with excuses to go against the claim. He'll raise your rates without discussing with you. Has his people talk to...

There not Good!!! They don't listen, They are very Cold. Thank-you My husband had a little fender bender, never had been in a accident ever. So now we pay out the butt, What's really sad we have...

I had them for 4+ years. There was constant inconsistencies with taking my payment. They were always calling saying the bank wouldn't let it go through but I would make the payment over the phone...
