History

Canine Perspective was established in early 2012 after Jesse San Miguel returned from his internship with world-renowned Master Dog Trainer, Richard Heinz, The Miami Dog Whisperer. Jesse then built his reputation through hard work, high-quality dog training, and transparency with his clients. After 7 years the demand for Jesse's services grew to a point where he needed a facility space and in mid-September of 2019 the facility was finally opened! Jesse is taking his years of knowledge working with families with troubled dogs and studying the best of the best in the dog training and rehabilitation field and is incorporating it into how he runs his facility. All of Jesse's handlers are personally trained by him to ensure consistency in the structure of its daycare and boarding services. All training that has been taught is reinforced during the dog's stay to ensure there is no regression.

Specialties

Our facility is led by Dog Aggression/Behavior Expert and Master Dog Trainer, Jesse San Miguel, nicknamed 'The Chicago Dog Whisperer' by his clients. With over 10 years of experience going from Dog Owner to Dog Walker to Dog Trainer Extraordinaire Jesse has developed many skills over the years that he is now teaching to his employees personally. Training and structure is built into how the facility is run which allows us to integrate dogs that have been kicked out or removed from other dog daycare & boarding facilities.
