We're Cafe Dacha, and we've been the premier restaurant here in Highland Park, IL, since 2019. We believe in using fresh ingredients and family recipes that have been handed down over generations including borscht, pierogi, traditional salads, Ukrainian-style kebabs, honey cake, Napoleon cake and more. We started this business to give people a place to gather and break bread together and believe in bringing joy not only to their life, but ours as well. We're looking forward to growing our business, and partnering with Highland Park consumers to continue to serve the community.
