Service is horrible. Staff is so rude. Clearly they are understaffed. Wait time was ridiculous especially in the drive through.

They straight up input and gave me the wrong food ordered the new Burbon BBQ burger while pointing at the little paper sign to show what I wanted They gave me a Purple Wednesday burger instead...

Worst Burger King on earth . Ordered off the app - waited and watched 2 employees stare at phone for 20 mins only to then, remember me ... just long enough to give me the wrong order entirely ....
