I've never had any issue dealing with obtaining tickets via Broadway in Chicago. Best advice - make sure you have a flak jacket and medical insurance when going into the Loop to see a Broadway...

I received a follow-up call from Broadway in Chicago after my initial review. The agent was eager it rectify my problem with my seat assignments. I have since resubscribed to a new season.
