Sisay Michael Abraham, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages. He provides general medicine and preventative care, such as annual wellness exams and health screenings, well-child exams, school and sports physicals, women’s health, and vaccinations. Dr. Abraham manages a variety of conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, asthma, heart disease, and birth control management. Dr. Abraham also offers joint injections, birth control implantation, and skin biopsies. Dr. Abraham says his role is to bring wellness and restore balance to his patients. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.

Located inside the BJC Outpatient at Edwardsville, patients have access to a brand new facility with BJC physicians and advanced practice providers who are focused on providing the highest level of patient care. The experienced physicians provide general wellness visits, sick visits an preventative health for patients of all ages.

Jamie Ott, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Jamie sees patients of all ages, from birth through geriatrics. She provides an array of primary care services, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams and preventive medicine. Jamie also specializes in caring for hypertension, diabetes and coronary and pulmonary conditions, as well as offering simple dermatology.
