HistoryI have been in business for over 10 years, having started with a small in home pilates studio after the birth of my fourth child. I moved into the Lemont area and opened another home studio in 2007. Cureently the studio is in the Homer Glen area, after I moved in 2013. Over the past 10 years of teaching I saw the great need for women to have someone that they can strategize with about normal, crazy, everyday life so I added Life Coaching to my skill set, and now offer Life Coaching Services.SpecialtiesHappy You Wellness Studio is a place where you can take a breath and remember what really matters- YOU.
