Great bakery. They have the best pastries. The sister bakery, EVA DEANS in Wilmette is fantastic too. The have chocolate almond croissants that are to die for!

Bennison's Bakery, based in Evanston, Ill., has been a North Shore Chicago institution since 1938 offering a full-line retail bakery, with emphasis on custom decorated cakes, cookies and European-style pastries. It s custom made cakes are specially decorated for baby showers, retirements, promotions, wedding showers and birthdays.
