They are not transparent and they omit necessary info to make an informed decision. They cram all these services and add ons without any consent. They work on commission and that's ALL they...

Store manager is horrible! Came in for help submitting a claim with the insurance I HAVE through AT&T and he assured me he could not help me and tried to send me to some repair store a few stores...

Location had me on hold for almost 30 minutes to verify inventory. All other locations I've contacted answered immediately.
