Alexian brothers hospital in Elk grove closed the ENT department and that is very sad so I guess they do not care for their patients that need an ENT because there is no one close to where I live....

A family member of mine has been admitted to this hospital 3 times. Every time it's gotten worse. He had surgery and once he was admitted to the floor, nobody came to check on him for 16 hours....
