My girlfriend went to get nails done and she didn't get what she asked for. She asked many times for short cut square shape but the lady refused to cut shorter and insisted that filing it down...

This is the worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten. I should have trusted the poor reviews but decided to give them a chance. First off, the salon is dirty. The second I walked in, I was grossed out....
