Arif Jivan, MD, PhD is an interventional cardiologist at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. His practice focuses include coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, atherosclerosis prevention, and general cardiology. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine.

Ashley K. Vavra, MD is vascular surgeon at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. She performs both open and endovascular surgery for a wide range of disorders including arterial occlusive disease, abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms, carotid artery stenosis, venous insufficiency, permanent dialysis access and thoracic outlet syndrome. Dr. Vavra is an assistant professor of surgery in the division of vascular surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
