As a therapist, I strive to provide clients with empathy, validation and encouragement as they explore and process life's often unexpected and painful experiences. I believe in working with my clients to develop skills and techniques that will assist them in enriching their lives, tailoring my approach to each individual. I offer my clients a supportive and judgment-free zone in which to do this, always meeting clients where they are and inspiring them to step outside their comfort zones to allow for continued psychological development.
