Abigail Galley Buoy, MD

Emily Jennings is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned a master's degree from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. She is certified in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International. She previously worked as a registered nurse on the inpatient psychiatric unit at Springfield Memorial Hospital and as a registered nurse at Vine Street Clinic. She enjoys cooking, being outside and spending time with family and friends. Only accepting patients referred from Memorial Care primary care providers.

Dr. Fareed Tabatabai completed his undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Iowa State University. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa. He also completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Iowa. Dr. Tabatabai is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Connie completed a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. She then earned a doctor of nursing practice degree after completing the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Sinclair School of Nursing at University of Missouri—Columbia. Dr. Habenschuss is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
