It's in-between an Albertsons, Fred Meyer and a COSTCO. Item's are sold in larger sizes than an Alberstons, Fred Meyer but not huge sizes like COSTCO. There prices are very competitive to that...

If buying large quantities you can find them here, but be careful. I can find smaller quantities of most products at Walmart or Winco for less...sometimes considerably less per ounce/pound...
