We are proud to produce small batch craft spirits from farm to flask with locally sourced ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. Since it's illegal to possess a still before opening a distillery we didn't spend years perfecting our recipes. The story we tell is that we took an advanced distilling class before opening our doors in 2015. We are thrilled to share our craft spirits with you here at Up North as well as our new location in Hayden, The Bee's Knees Whiskey Bar. We hope you enjoy your visit!
