Driving through Post Falls and someone recommend the food truck pavilion. Lots of options, but I was feeling a smashburger. Got the Hellapeno with a side of huckleberry bbq sauce for the fries....

There patties are way to thin there is literally more lettuce than Pattie! I can barely taste the Pattie. But other than that they're service is good maybe that's why they call it smash burgers

I walked to the window to order and was meet with "I'll be right back". Waited about 3-5 minutes to ordered. The young man who took my order was nice. It took 30 minutes to get my order was nice....
