Great climbing gym! Great patrons and staff every time we've gone. Michelle helped teach the kids how to belay and was very nice and patient with all of us :)

Too crowded with kids! Running around were its dangerous for climber and kids! After 30 min somebody finally took care of most of them and gave instructions. The problems are old! Last setting 2...

This company is so unreliable, honestly never had this bad of service. They do not stick to their words, and for 40-60$ is not worth what you get, there is too many kids. I also got in an argument...
