Great Grandpa Swain started the first Stockman's Cafe in Steamboat Springs Colorado in 1947. Fifth generation family members kept the family tradition alive by opening another Stockman's in Rigby Idaho in 2007 but needing to expand, moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho to the Snake River Landing area in May 2011. Come and see us! For the best fresh cut steaks, homemade dressings, and the best cheesecake and desserts around!

Got the ribeye. Same steak cut at Texas Roadhouse is $20 less and twice as better tasting. Stick with entrees that don't have steak at this establishment.
