South Fork Lodge

Located on a bend of eastern Idaho s world famous South Fork of the Snake River sits the South Fork Lodge. Guests will marvel at the views from their rooms or the lodge patio as they prepare to spend a day on one of the most scenic and important fly-fishing rivers in America. Just over an hour from Jackson Hole and owned by Mark and Renee Rockefeller, the lodge offers its guests a blend of rustic elegance and service. The 65 miles of river that pass in front of the South Fork Lodge are known by many as one of the best tail water fisheries in the country. Accommodations include cabin rooms and suites that feature a private balcony overlooking the river, luxurious decor and bedding and rustic furniture. Cabin suites offer a glass enclosed sunroom and patio with tile floor, table and four metal or wicker chairs, a love seat and sliding glass doors that open onto the outside deck overlooking the stocked casting pond. Lodge rooms have either two queen size beds or one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. All rooms have private terraces. In each room log columns and beams frame high, wood ceilings. Luxury amenities include refrigerators, coffee makers, terry robes and imported tile baths. The River House is a four-bedroom, two bath house with full kitchen, living room and large front deck with hot tub. South Fork Lodge is located in Swan Valley, Idaho.
