zero customer service. last few times I went, they gave forgotten my sauce and tonight we stayed at the drive through and they made eye contact multiple times over a 5 minute period and never came...

They gave me a broken cup but slapped a sticker over it. I didn't realize it was broken till it spilled all over me. There were other minor mistakes as well.

Not all sconic drive ins are created equal,but the one in Moscow Idaho is top notch! Always fresh food,always friendly staff. We love the deals and half price sodas on the app!
