HistoryMatthew has been doing movement education and bodywork since 2001, when he graduated from Massage Arts of Philadelphia. In 2006 he completed certification as a Laban Movement Analyst with Integrated Movement Studies and in 2008 completed his MFA in Modern Dance at the University of Utah. After 4 years teaching dance and somatics (movement awareness) in the university setting Matthew completed comprehensive Pilates certification with Long Beach Dance Conditioning in 2014. Matthew moved to Boise, ID in 2015, where MatthewNelsonMovement is currently supporting people in their movement health.SpecialtiesAs a somatic movement educator, therapist, and bodyworker, I partner with clients interested and engaged in their bodies to investigate and refine their movement patterning. Certified in many modalities of mind-body care, I utilize Pilates equipment, awareness techniques, personalized choreography, and hands-on myofascial facilitation with private clients. As a dancer and choreographer I also offer classes in dance improvisation, technique, choreography, and wellness.

Shannon Stamper, RD is registered dietitian with a focus on treating cystic fibrosis with clear and concise plans based on her patients' dietary needs. Shannon works with patients at St. Luke's Cystic Fibrosis Center of Idaho and St. Luke's Children's. Shannon earned her bachelor's degree in dietetics from Oregon State University and completed her dietetic internship and Idaho State University's Meridian Health Science Center. In her free time, she likes spending time with the important people in her life, fixing up her home, watching Netflix, hiking, and exploring Idaho.
