As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my consultation process consists of assessing a 3 day food journal, detailed personal interview, nutritional questionnaire, functional evaluation, neruo-lingual testing to determine an individualized, specific nutritional plan based on a properly prepared, nutrient dense whole foods diet.
