I love it when I find a Pizza Factory. We got combo calzones. Delish and just like I remember. Very clean restaurant. Excellent service. Employees were all beyond friendly and helpful....

Two and a half hours for a pizza. Ordered from another pizza company in town. Realize being busy but still waiting for pizza. Ridiculous. Charged account real fast.

One of the worst pizza factory's my family has been to. I've come here a couple times and it's taken us over an hour to get pizza on the buffet... we would have been better just ordering a pizza...

I had my husband pick up food on his way home cuz it's hot and I didn't want to cook. We normally don't eat out especially with their prices. Not sure how they can justify such high prices for...
