Mad Swede Brewing

Mad Swede Brewing company is locally owned and family run. We make our award winning beer using Idaho grown ingredients. Our hops come from the fields of southwest Idaho and our malted barley comes from the fields of eastern Idaho. It is truly a farm to glass experience! Our Naked Sunbather Nut Brown Ale took the Gold medal for American Brown Ale at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival. (GABF) Our Danegeld Golden Ale took silver at the International Beer Awards in 2019. We strive for high quality, consistently good beer. The best beer is a blend of art and science! We are active in our community. We are enthusiastic supporters of The World Center for Birds of Prey, hosting an annual Birds & Brew benefit including live raptors up close. We also support many other local non-profit organizations. Mad Swede is comprised of adventurous drinkers, brewers, dreamers, and thinkers who, like the Vikings themselves, dare to venture toward new and exciting territory. Savor the voyage!
