No wet carpet here! Ryan himself comes out and does the carpet cleaning. He is meticulous and uses product that smells really good and pet smells get eliminated! He also does not just spray water...

I was not happy with the service. He sprays a liquid on the carpet and then uses a machine that looks like a floor buffer and "buffs" the carpet. No vacuum of dirt out, no warm/hot cleaner to cut...
