Idaho Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind (IESDB) is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for children who are deaf and blind across Idaho. Established in 1906, the organization serves students through its residential Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind in Gooding, as well as through statewide outreach programs.

Currently led by interim administrator Paula Mason, IESDB has a long history of supporting its students, beginning with Mason's own career at the organization in 1999. Her various roles at IESDB have focused on enhancing educational access and promoting community support for deaf and hard of hearing students.
