Absolutely amazing shaved ice with a variety of home made syrups. Their serving size is huge too. My only complaint is that they close super early-- 5pm!

Wilson's by the Bay is a great little shave ice place off the main road in Hilo. Great prices, very friendly and locally owned. Yum! Rated Best in Hawaii for years it appears:)

Wilson's by the bay was right outside of a restaurant where we ate lunch. The lady who helped us was very friendly, the orders came out pretty quick & the sizes were decent for the price we paid....
