I've stayed at Waikiki Malia many times over the years since I travel from Maui to Oahu every three months. My last visit with my family wasn't great, and I even left a not-so-good Yelp review...

Very clean, friendly staff, great location to walk everywhere! Lots shops, restaurants around and city tour trolley stop next to it so convenient!!

This is a 3.5 but bumped up to 4 because the staff was so consistently welcoming, and the price is a fair value. Cons: no fan in the bathroom, so smells and humidity lingered. Windows did not...
