History
Operating form the historic Sakamoto Store in Waikapu, our business began as a tour boat operator. We offered Molokini snorkel trips daily aboard the Prince Kuhio, a 92 foot motor yacht. With the down turn in economy, we looked at ways to generate income and began serving local food to the construction drivers, tour drivers and offices in the nearby towns. The Prince Kuhio was eventually sold and we concentrated on our food operation as it stands today.
Specialties
We offer fresh home made food daily. Specializing in local food, we offer a variety of island favorites such as Lau Lau (boneless pork steamed in luau leaves) which we grow ourselves and home made saimin (ramen) with Maui's very own Iwamoto noodles! Fresh Lehua Poi is also available from our very own Loi (taro farm)
