This beautiful Nature Lodge was built six years ago with no expenses spared. We purchased it from an Estate and opened it up to the public to enjoy. We love having visitors from all over the world come and enjoy The Big Island. Katy Joy & I visited 22 Countries looking for the perfect place and we ended up here. So we can say that

HistoryHouse has been owned by Jeffrey & Sally Mermel since 1977. The Volcano Village Serenity Suite was built in 2014. It is a suite that has it's own private entry from the street and a beautiful path of native forest leads to a private deck with entry to both rooms of the suite (two doors).
