Customer service was not helpful. Sheri refused a return because an item was used. But item has to be taken out of the box and turned on, to be able to tell that it works or not.

I had to make two returns to the Store and it was so easy! The clerk Was so helpful in helping with the Returns. I bought more things with refunded money.so happy!
