HistoryMean Training was founded in 2019 by husband-wife team Ricky and Hannah Kuntemeyer. Combining their professional backgrounds of fitness and business, Ricky and Hannah created Mean Training to help their community become healthier and more productive through the design, development, and integration of fitness programs. Mean Training believes in a holistic approach to fitness, teaching clients that wellness is not confined just to the physical component, but encompasses emotional, social and mental health as well. Ricky and Hannah are passionate about building programs that emphasize empowerment, celebrating the small victories and the importance of foundational movement patterns.
