Been spending a lot of time on Kauai this past year and one of our favorite places to stop by and grab some sushi rolls is the Dolphin, not the main restaurant but the fish market on the backside...

Came for the seafood chowder and ahi rolls they sell in the back of this restaurant. The seafood chowder is just like clam chowder and theirs is excellent. Not sure what the clam like meat is...

Went to the dolphin fish market and ordered the rainbow poke bowl and seafood chowder. Both were literally amazing. Poke bowl is $25 so a bit pricey but was very fresh fish and the sauces were amazing
