The signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre, and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean, sculpted muscles. Highly-trained instructors customize the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for any age and every body. We are located in Moiliili, next to the Humane Society and conveniently right off H1. We have a beautiful, spa-like facility with classes every day of the week. There is a small parking lot and metered parking on the street.
